How Easter Bunny Come About
The Easter Bunny originated from German folklore, where an egg-laying hare called “Osterhase” was said to visit children on Easter, much like Santa Claus at Christmas.
German immigrants brought this tradition to America in the 1700s, and it evolved into the modern Easter Bunny, who delivers decorated eggs, candy, and treats in baskets.
