Gone Fishing Wordless Wednesday

The boys are just starting to get into fishing. We didn’t catch anything that day… but we sure got close!

We have three grand daughters and a grandson. They all love to spend time around the water in search of that big catch. Actually, any catch will do. Have a blessed day.

The question isn’t whether you caught anything, it is whether the kids got soaked, handled slimy things, and/or got a nibble. A yes answer to any one of the above means that they probably had a great day.

    Looks like fun!

The pictures are great! The lake looks really tranquil. Did the kids notice the reflection of the sky on the water? That’s something to look at while waiting for the fish to come. :)

What memories they will have. My dad use to take us fishing and I got to where as I got a bit older, I would grab my pole and head to the end of the street and fish by myself at the river. I had so much fun and those days were so special.

What a lovely way to while away a few hours. I can imagine the excitement if there had been a tug on the line ;D
Thanks for hosting and I hope you have a great week.

Those are great pics! I think most kids that age love to get out there and try fishing. They don’t have to catch anything to have a good time :)
