DIY Upcycled Love Crayon Organizer

Valentine’s Day is not only for lovers but also for our family and our kids — especially if you are a parent.

We must also express our love to them this season of love.  I can’t think of anyone I would prefer to have my Valentines this season than my boys!

We don’t have to give fancy gifts to our kids though.

The thought of expressing how you love them is always enough.

And, as a parent, I love gifts that serve multiple purposes.

That said, it will also be better if you get to give items that are useful to them so that at a younger age, they will learn the basic concept of organization. (Oh, the teachable moments!)

Mothers want the best for their children.

That is a universal truth. Most of the time, especially if they are in their toddler or kindergarten stage, they tend to develop their creativity by using coloring books as one of the tools.

Crayons, on the other hand, are one medium that is commonly used by kids in their art projects.

There are non-toxic crayons (affiliate) that are kid friendly and are considered safe even though it touches their mouth at times.

But I always hated how the crayons never really got put away.

This tutorial is quick and easy — perfect for creating a Valentine’s-themed crayon organizer that your kids would surely love.

Plus, this craft uses an up-cycled tin can so budget-wise, this is perfect for you! So if you are up for this, then let us begin! This post contains affiliate links.
