How to Make Alphabet Sensory Bottles

Wash your water bottle. Remove the labels. (Goo Gone is awesome for getting rid of labels!)

Be sure to leave some room in the bottle so the rice and beads can move above the bottle easily.

  1. These look so cool. I saw something similar at Bed Bath and Beyond a few years ago. They had all sorts of trinkets inside that you had to find. They were expensive too. This looks like a great option, plus you can even change it up from time to time and store extra sensor stuff in mason jars.

    1. They are absolutely easy to change out… but I recommend closing them up with super glue so your toddler or preschooler doesn’t open them up and dump out the contents or try to eat any of it.
