Bubble Room Restaurant Wordless Wednesday

There is an absolutely CRAZY restaurant in Captiva Island, Fla. that is a favorite destination for many folks worldwide… The Bubble Room. My parents first took me to The Bubble Room more than 30 years ago. Even then, every surface was covered in stuff. Just imagine what it looks like now! When I posted a picture on my Facebook profile, a number of people commented that it has been a favorite restaurant for a long time filled with loads of great memories. So if you’re going to be in Southwest Florida, you may just want to check it out.

Looks like fun! We went to Captiva once & enjoyed it, but now we go to Don Pedro Island, a barrier island a little further north, which is quieter. Thanks for hosting & God bless!

The humans are supposed to be driving to Key West at the beginning of March, but our dad has Mono, so the trip may be cancelled. Mom says she will keep this place in mind, though. It sure is colorful. Purrs and paw-pats, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

Wow. I know that restaurants like that are supposed to be fun, but all that visual stimulation makes me feel a little crazy.

Do they have a special staff just to dust all of the doo-dads?

Ahhh. Thanks, Karen :-) Captive and Sanibel are such great islands, in general. When you’re over there, be sure to check out the Ding Darling nature reserve. My kids (and me) really enjoyed it.

Thank you for that recommendation….nature preserves are something my daughter (she’s an adult) and I LOVE visiting together. We’ve only lived in FL since 2009, so there are many places we’ve yet to explore!
