Are you ready for some fun 4th of July food? These are so ridiculously simple and easy to make, but pack a seriously festive punch for Independence Day!
Simply layer vanilla yogurt with blueberries and raspberries to create blue and red layers. But to really make this healthy dish pop, top the parfait with a sparkler and light for extra delight.
If you don’t have blueberries, you could use blackberries. Watermelon chunks would also be a great substitute for raspberries.
